The whole process from testing my hearing, fitting, and wearing them was absolutely wonderful. I was somewhat hesitant at first, Its the not knowing. Not knowing how they worked, how long it would take to receive them and if the testing was accurate. I have to say the testing was pleasant and easy. Approximately 3 weeks later I have my new hearing aids and I'm so pleased with the whole process. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. I recommend Echo Hearing Systems and Audiololgy.

After losing his hearing aid, I took my 92-year old Dad, who has severe dementia, in for a hearing test. He’s rather impatient and not a fan of having to wait. Due to her efficient staff, we were in and out in about 45 minutes. Dr Flynn administered a thorough hearing test resulting in his requiring a hearing aid in each ear to hear more effectively which made sense to me because he obviously wasn’t hearing as well as he should with only one. She also recommended hearing aids with bluetooth so next time he loses one or both, we’ll be able to locate them and not have the expense of replacement. Dr Flynn was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I highly appreciate and recommend Dr Flynn.
I have been seeing Karen for so long. And in all these years I have been very happy with how she has handled my hearing issues. She has gone above and beyond to help me when I have needed it. She makes n you feel at ease and very comfortable. I would never ever think about going elsewhere for my hearing. I truly love Echo Hearing!!!

A huge thank you for helping me to get my hearing back before Christmas! I greatly appreciate the quick response, and your willingness to help expedite the situation. I was pretty much in “panic” mode when I first emailed you all on the night of December 18th. I was convinced that my aides would have to be shipped back to Phonak for the new receiver and that I probably would not have them until the new year. It was a very pleasant surprise to have it all taken care of by Thursday afternoon.

“Recently, my 90+ father lost a hearing aid in the assisted living community in which he resides. As his only surviving son, I concluded he would need new hearing aids. I reluctantly faced the prospect of approaching the insurance company that holds an annuity in his name to start down the paperwork path to withdraw funds to cover a new pair. However, the missing hearing aid turned up in a clothes dryer and I took it to Karyn to see what could be done. Thanks to her skill and sensitivity in fixing his hearing aid and cleaning his ears, my father left the office with an operative pair after just 20 minutes.
