This was my first visit. Everything went very well. The test showed I needed hearing aids. Dr Karyn Sokol Flynn was understanding with the hearing aids I want. And we talk about they could do to help. After I get them I will let you know what think about the hearing aids and the fitting. Today went very well. It has been a little over a week sents I went in for my hearing test. Today is 8-23-2024 I ordered the hearing aids I wanted. The hearing aid is the newest hearing aids Phonak has out. Dr Karyn has training coming September 18 and the day after that she will setup my hearing aids. I have asked a lot questions by e-mail she is very fast getting with me with the answer. I am very so far and I will. I will keep you updated.

Doctor is fantastic I paid the financing off because I didn't like the way they was doing things there was three different addresses two on the paperwork but then the billing was a different one took me nine days for a check to go to California in the mail I could have set it up online but decided not to but the doctors fantastic and I'm starting to get used to wearing them

I have worked in geriatrics and am familiar with the research regarding hearing loss and increased risk of dementia. My daughter-in-law is an audiologist, and encouraged me to be tested. After discovering my hearing loss had advanced from hearing screenings I had, I was ready to consider options. My Medicare supplement is through AARP which offered discounts (be aware, the cheap prices they offer on their website are for only ONE, not a pair!). I searched several providers, attended appointments, and consulted my daughter in law. Only Echo checked every box! I can't speak highly enough of the help I have received from them. My first audiologist is taking leave, and the second one I have had was every bit as good. They are so patient and skilled in explaining each step of the process and supporting/solving any special problems. I have seen many people/former patients never adjust well or benefit like they should from hearing aids. It is a more complicated process than some vendors would like you to think! I am over 6 months in and enjoying them very much, easily using them every day. Even after a recent illness when I didn't wear them for over 2 weeks, I was able to adjust back to them quickly. I feel so sorry for people who try to do this without the support I had! Please let me encourage you to seek the support of an audiologist for this process and recommend Echo Hearing and Audiology! I almost forgot - my tinnitus is almost gone since adjusting to my hearing aids! Thanks, Taylor and Emmi at Echo!

After losing his hearing aid, I took my 92-year old Dad, who has severe dementia, in for a hearing test. He’s rather impatient and not a fan of having to wait. Due to her efficient staff, we were in and out in about 45 minutes. Dr Flynn administered a thorough hearing test resulting in his requiring a hearing aid in each ear to hear more effectively which made sense to me because he obviously wasn’t hearing as well as he should with only one. She also recommended hearing aids with bluetooth so next time he loses one or both, we’ll be able to locate them and not have the expense of replacement. Dr Flynn was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I highly appreciate and recommend Dr Flynn.
I have been seeing Karen for so long. And in all these years I have been very happy with how she has handled my hearing issues. She has gone above and beyond to help me when I have needed it. She makes n you feel at ease and very comfortable. I would never ever think about going elsewhere for my hearing. I truly love Echo Hearing!!!

A huge thank you for helping me to get my hearing back before Christmas! I greatly appreciate the quick response, and your willingness to help expedite the situation. I was pretty much in “panic” mode when I first emailed you all on the night of December 18th. I was convinced that my aides would have to be shipped back to Phonak for the new receiver and that I probably would not have them until the new year. “Recently, my 90+ father lost a hearing aid in the assisted living community in which he resides. As his only surviving son, I concluded he would need new hearing aids. I reluctantly faced the prospect of approaching the insurance company that holds an annuity in his name to start down the paperwork path to withdraw funds to cover a new pair. However, the missing hearing aid turned up in a clothes dryer and I took it to Karyn to see what could be done.
